"Is everywhere in this city just always under construction?" asks Bina.
"Yes," say Amie and Kendra, at the same time.
"Will this do?" Kendra asks Four.
"Sure," says Four. "I think. Maybe we should move forward to my PTP? I'm on a jump here, remember. I don't want paradox screwing this up if someone walks by and sees us."
