Thankfully, while I was busy freaking out, Kendra remembered that she'd actually seen that mobile office, or one very like it before, when she was ticketing trucks in this area. Apparently Hyung's contracting company is terrible about respecting parking laws, so Kendra wrote a lot of tickets down here.
I keep forgetting that Kendra is a parking enforcement officer, and walks around this area at night all the time.
